Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity. Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs. Cats Protection has simple and clear objectives to help cats: Homing - Finding good homes for cats in need, Neutering - Supporting and encouraging the neutering of cats and Information - Improving people’s understanding of cats and their care. Achieving this vision is only made possible due to kind cat lovers who support our work.
The Thames Path 50km challenge starts at Putney in West London where the route then goes to Richmond (14km) before carrying on to Hampton Court (28km). The run will then continue along the UK's most famous river to Manor Park (36.5km) before finishing at Runnymede (50km).
Kezzie says “The furthest I have run so far is a marathon which was tough, so running 50km or 31.07 miles is certainly going to be a test of my stamina and determination...so I better get training!!”
“Cats Protection is an amazing charity and you really will be helping to improve the lives of cats and kittens in the York area if you sponsor me. Thank you for your support!”
